The ZipRealty HomeScan is among the top real estate iPad apps along with Zillow that sold 300,000 on its first day. It is quite very impressive as it provides us with an interactive map of houses and other properties that are available for sale. It is a home flyer with MLS information at the same time a photo gallery of homes in about 5,000 cities recorded. Up at the corner, the ZipRealty HomeScan iPad app has a location button where it allows you to choose a location to track for houses. You can choose to update your location and the app will automatically tell you where you are along with the houses that it can detect. Just tap on homes and it will give you brief information about it including prices, zipcodes, official address, number of beds, baths, and square footage.
