The last time we heard about Project Magazine’s publisher, Virgin digital Publishing is their recent partnership with the ever successful creative development company, Other Edition Limited. This newly merged company is geared to focus on digital publishing and contemporary advertising.

One of their newest innovations is Project, iPAd’s very first digital magazine. They announced recently to continuously produce more editions in the following years specifically on its blue chip clients. Now to give you guys an idea how big time Project magazine is, it is still by far no. 1 in the US and in the UK app store today. In fact at the launch of the iPad2 earlier this year in San Francisco, Project was already pre-loaded to show everyone how cool the iPad 2 is and the innovations it can bring to print and publishing industry. In addition, the 360-degree Project magazine was being nominated for “App of the Year” and “Best Mobile Solution” at this year’s long awaited International Content Awards.

Here’s more, friends. The Project Magazine is the world’s first gyroscope iPad magazine cover! They have featured film characters like Captain Jack Sparrow of Pirates of the Caribbean and Bumblebee from Transformers to establish a “Summer Movie Blowout” to its first users. Another feature that can blow your mind is Project’s Issue No. 6 featuring a 3D gesture-controlled magazine art gallery. That very issue also features an entire album of great music and of course, a seamless 360-degree view of outfits on a revolving clothes stand.
