If you are a fan of HGTV’s dream houses you’ll absolutely scream with joy after learning that yesterday, HGTV just released their official interactive 360-degree HGTV Dream Home App downloadable to your iPads for free. Fans will get to see dream houses featured from 2007 to 2011.

With this new app, users can explore past featured homes virtually with the HGTV Dream Home’s 360 degree room tours. Users can take a walkthrough all over the houses and properties using their fingertips. What’s amazing about this interactive app is that users can control what they see and the directions they are going – exactly like visiting houses in real life, only better because it saves you money from travelling. Not only that, users can also access exclusive videos and photos of HGTV homes right on the app. You can explore slop-side homes in the following dream locations: Winter Park, CO, Stowe, VT, Islamorada, FL, Sandia Park, NM, and most especially Sonomo in California.

According to Vikki Neil, VP/GM if Scripps Network Interactive, “Every year when we launch the new HGTV Dream Home. It creates interest in the past HGTV Dream Homes. HGTV now offers a free app for fans to see the amazing photos and videos of the last five homes. The app gives our users a new way to engage with HGTV Dream Homes and get them excited about the 2012 giveaway.”

Also HGTV offers online users the 360 Degree virtual tour opportunities at HGTV.com/dreamhome. You can different photo gallery and 360-degree virtual tours of the 2012 HGTV Dream Home edition. They are featuring homes in Park City, UTAH. With the interactive HGTV Dream Home iPad app and website, you can see everything from five covered decks, outdoor living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and more.
