After creating an image with the help of an embedded clipping path, you can make use of this image by placing it in your document. When choosing the TIFF from photo paint, the QuarkXpress will see the path or the mask of the Photo paint TIFF as an alpha channel. Therefore, go to select item, then clipping and then alpha channel.

When using page maker and importing TIFF from adobe photo shop, no extra action is required. When importing EPS from coral photo paint, if the header is saved with colour, the clipping path area may appear to be non transparent on screen but it will print properly with the photoScript painter.
